Illustrative Storytelling

Some illustrations I did for the short stories we read in Illustrative Storytelling with Jeff Smith...
"The Hollow Men" Thomas Wolfe

I really liked this story. I found it to be very relevant and interesting.
Sorry...I can't really think of what else to write at the moment. I'm a little preoccupied with the thought that I should be writing my essay on Maus.

"A Good Man is Hard to Find" Flannery O' Connor

Diptych funtimes.
What I liked most about this story was how the Misfit, the presumed villain of the story, exposes the worst parts of the Grandmother's character, dismisses her platitudes and brings her closer to spirituality. I really liked O' Connor's characterizations of the Grandmother and the Misfit, and her exploration of the good and evil that coexist within all of us.

Would you mind if I share this illustration of "A Good Man is Hard to Find" on my blog to go with my article on O'Connor's stories? I will give you credit for the picture.
